Lead verification methodologies, FPGA prototyping, emulation, hardware-in-the-loop testing, lab operations, and cross-functional collaboration across ASIC, software, firmware, RF, analog/mixed-signal, and program teams. Establish a high-performing engineering culture and manage site planning, resources, risks, infrastructure, and stakeholder relationships.

Leads Blue Origin’s Krakow ASIC software organization and serves as site leader. Owns software strategy, architecture, staffing, execution, and delivery across boot software, BSPs, drivers, firmware, validation tools, SDKs, and applications throughout the silicon lifecycle. Partners with ASIC, hardware, RF, systems, and verification teams on silicon enablement and integration. Establishes engineering practices, recruits and develops talent, builds the Krakow site culture and operating model, and supports cross-site collaboration, security, and export-control compliance.

Leads the technical baseline and lifecycle development of reusable embedded motor controllers for lunar spacecraft mechanisms. Responsibilities include defining architectures and interfaces, developing fault-tolerant control strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, performing hardware bring-up and troubleshooting, reviewing electronics designs, and planning verification, qualification, environmental, and acceptance testing. The role requires hands-on control systems expertise across hardware, firmware, sensors, actuators, and avionics interfaces, along with technical leadership in safety-critical aerospace environments.

Own systems engineering for a complex Human Landing System scope, including requirements decomposition, allocation, traceability, verification planning and closure, system safety, variance disposition, root-cause analysis, and corrective action. Represent the scope in design and program reviews, coordinate across engineering teams and partners, and improve tool-driven requirements and verification workflows. Travel up to 25% is expected, and relocation is provided.

Leads manufacturing engineering and planning teams supporting aerospace component production, including machined parts, advanced metal forming, and wire harnesses. Responsibilities include optimizing operations, executing production plans, mentoring staff, improving processes, managing budgets and resources, supporting new product introduction and production scale-up, and ensuring safety, quality, regulatory, and company compliance. The role partners with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve technical challenges and improve design for manufacturability.

Develops and operates integrated data systems supporting New Glenn certification and launch services. Responsibilities include ensuring data quality, maintenance, sharing, governance, customer engagement, training metrics, and certification support. The role collaborates with New Glenn teams, NASA, and U.S. Space Force partners; plans technical products, communicates results, enforces data-marking practices, manages resources, and provides product ownership in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Verify high-reliability FPGA solutions for Blue Origin’s lunar lander avionics, guidance, and navigation systems. Develop requirements, verification and validation plans, UVM-based testbenches, directed and constrained-random tests, formal verification, coverage metrics, regressions, and certification reports. Debug RTL, testbench, and hardware/software integration issues while supporting high Design Assurance Level safety-critical systems.
