Develop reliability engineering processes for launch vehicles, spacecraft, landers, and support systems. Perform reliability allocations, fault tree analysis, reliability block diagrams, hazard analysis, FMEA/FMECA, and reliability testing. Verify safety and reliability requirements, identify design improvements, reduce mission risk, and collaborate with systems engineers and technical experts to support safe, repeatable human spaceflight.

Leads commercial supply chain and procurement performance for aerospace programs, managing buyers, strategic sourcing, supplier contracts, capacity, readiness, cost, schedule, and risk. The role oversees FFP contracts and LTAs, supplier industrialization, manufacturing readiness, material estimating, ERP/MRP tools, and executive reporting. It also drives supplier issue resolution and cross-functional collaboration across manufacturing, quality, safety, and mission assurance.

Develop and maintain aerospace quality systems compliant with AS9100 and ISO 9000. Conduct audits, inspections, and first article inspections; analyze quality data; resolve issues through corrective and preventive actions; support manufacturing and new product development; maintain quality documentation; and train team members on quality practices.

Designs, analyzes, and commissions tooling and equipment for aerospace manufacturing, assembly, testing, and operations.
