Leads the complete test lifecycle for a human-certified spacecraft, including system, electrical, structural, fluids, and environmental testing. Manages test planning, execution, schedules, risks, budgets, suppliers, and stakeholders while maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards. Oversees and develops the vehicle test organization, establishes a strong test culture, and supports innovative approaches to meet demanding program timelines.

Leads end-to-end development and production programs for advanced satellite communications systems and silicon products. Lead cross-functional teams, manage suppliers, support engineering releases and nonconformance resolution, and ensure safe, qualified aerospace designs. Responsibilities include analysis of pressurized systems and flow, seals, bolted joints, materials, and propulsion components.

Leads engineering teams responsible for the design, development, supplier management, testing, qualification, and launch support of New Glenn upper-stage fluid systems. Provides technical and people leadership, establishes design standards, manages engineering changes and purchase orders, oversees failure investigations and corrective actions, and mentors employees. The role requires expertise in fluids, thermodynamics, heat transfer, stress analysis, cryogenic components, aerospace testing, launch vehicles, supplier management, and project execution.

Support the build, fabrication, assembly, and integration of test stands for engine and component test facilities, focusing on safety and continuous improvement.

Develop and operate autonomy software for the New Glenn launch vehicle. Responsibilities include defining software behaviors and requirements, designing verification and validation activities, analyzing simulation and hardware test data, integrating flight and ground systems, creating command sequences, resolving software issues, supporting hot-fire tests and missions, and driving release readiness and process improvements.

Lead end-to-end technical program execution for TeraWave SoC/IC developments for digital beamforming and satcom. Own requirements, architecture, IP selection, design, verification, tapeout, silicon bring-up, qualification, OSAT engagement, and production transition. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules, risks, suppliers, and executive reporting to deliver space-grade SoC hardware on schedule and to system objectives.

Leads customer-facing mission integration for New Glenn business capture, including vehicle-to-payload compatibility assessments, requirements reviews, mission architecture development, proposal and study writing, technical baseline documentation, and Basis of Estimate development. Creates analysis tools for rapid mission assessments and collaborates with sales, mission management, engineering, customers, and external stakeholders on time-sensitive technical deliverables.

Design and develop high-performance dataplane software for TeraWave’s satellite communications network. Build packet-processing applications in C/C++ using DPDK and VPP, optimize 100G/400G line-rate performance, implement routing and tunneling protocols, integrate hardware accelerators, and architect scalable distributed systems. Provide technical leadership through code reviews and mentoring while collaborating with platform, hardware, and network engineering teams.

Lead the design and development of large mechanical ground systems, mechanisms, and ground support equipment for Blue Origin launch operations. Responsibilities include resolving technical challenges, owning mechanical design solutions, performing FEA and hand calculations, managing external design and fabrication partners, and overseeing equipment fabrication, assembly, installation, testing, and commissioning.
