Supports DFM/DFA/DFT, advanced manufacturing methods, process validation, FMEAs, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality compliance. Collaborates with design, quality, supply chain, and production teams to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate production. Requires aerospace manufacturing expertise, technical leadership, and flexibility for shift work and occasional travel.
