Apply broad engineering principles to develop and implement manufacturing technologies, ensure QMS/FDA compliance, author technical documentation, lead small cross-functional projects, drive continuous improvement (5S, VSM, TPM, SiOP), support quality KPI achievement, and mentor junior staff. Occasional travel may be required.
