Leads agronomy sales teams across five Iowa locations by recruiting, coaching, training, and holding salespeople accountable for performance. Develops customer growth strategies, sales and marketing plans, pricing and profitability approaches, and individual action plans. Coordinates with agronomy leadership, operations managers, and location managers to improve efficiency and customer experience. Monitors sales activity, expenses, proposals, reporting, and team development while supporting company business objectives.

Sells crop protection products, plant food, seed, agronomy programs, and related services to current and prospective agricultural customers. Advises producers on crop production decisions, grows sales and margins, coordinates precision agriculture activities, manages customer information, supports inventory and distribution, facilitates pricing and invoicing, and assists with collections and issue resolution. The role requires agronomy knowledge, communication skills, computer proficiency, physical capability, and willingness to work in outdoor agricultural environments.
