Lead HR for Shanghai and Ganzhou plants, executing HR strategy and programs across recruitment, compensation, payroll (Workday), performance management, talent development, employee relations, compliance with labor law, HR metrics and analytics, and change management. Drive HR excellence, build organizational capability, maintain collective bargaining relations, and frequently travel to Ganzhou.

Lead environmental, health, safety, and sustainability programs, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing risks, improving performance, and driving safety culture at the plant.

Lead technical initiatives in static equipment design, implementing engineering standards, mentoring teams, and supporting CAPEX project execution for mechanical systems.
