Provide operational and strategic HR support for two plants: recruiting, performance and talent management, employee relations, C&B administration, HRIS reporting, policy implementation, employee engagement, and stakeholder coaching.

Lead and deliver major capital projects in China including budgeting, planning, engineering design (PFD/P&ID), safety programs (MOC, RA, HAZOP), CAPEX/resource management, contractor and supplier oversight, commissioning, troubleshooting, and establishing engineering standards aligned with corporate guidelines.

Execute end-to-end accounts payable for Brazil: process and verify invoices, support payments and advances, resolve vendor/internal inquiries, assist month-/year-end closings, support audits and SOX compliance, monitor performance, and drive process improvements in a shared services environment.

Provide strategic commercial legal counsel to US/Canada and global business leaders; draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; manage cross-border transactions, disputes, and litigation strategy; oversee outside counsel; advise on compliance, regulatory matters, and contracting processes; support development of a Global Commercial Center of Excellence and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business objectives.
