Supports the full product lifecycle from design qualification through manufacturing release and field support. Reviews new product introductions, manages customer-requested variants, prepares product change approvals, supports cost-reduction and value-engineering initiatives, and collaborates with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, product management, and operations engineering to meet performance, cost, and delivery goals.

Coordinate prototype sensor builds with production, manage material flow and test batches, supply calibration equipment with samples, analyze process and measurement data, identify build deviations, document results, and support continuous improvement of experiment and testing processes. The role combines hands-on production collaboration with sensor development and requires Swedish and English proficiency.

Develop and streamline finance processes involving purchasing, invoice handling, payments, and cash flow forecasting. The role supports automation, ERP system transition, and alignment with INFICON Group processes across international teams. It requires coordination of improvement initiatives, strong problem-solving and organizational skills, and fluency in Swedish and English. The position is a one-year project employment based in Mariehamn, Åland, with possible extension.

Advises leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, leadership development, performance and talent management, employee relations, compensation, culture, inclusion, change management, and employment-law compliance. Uses people analytics and HR technology to inform decisions, leads HR programs, coaches managers, supports succession planning, and builds organizational effectiveness.

Leads global pricing strategy, governance, processes, and transformation across systems and regions. Owns price waterfall analysis, competitive monitoring, margin leakage identification, pricing data quality, dashboards, and KPIs. Partners with Product Management, Finance, Sales, IT, and analytics teams to improve price setting, discount approvals, and commercial decision-making. Advises business leaders, aligns pricing practices globally, and mentors team members while building organizational pricing capabilities.

Provides vacuum application engineering and customer support across EMEA. Evaluates customer processes, performs feasibility studies and troubleshooting, recommends vacuum measurement and leak detection solutions, supports installation and commissioning, and analyzes measurement data. Partners with sales on technical opportunities, proposals, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts. Leads customer projects, defines acceptance criteria, develops application documentation and training, and shares customer insights with product teams. Requires regular travel within EMEA.

Deploys, configures, and supports FabGuard monitoring systems across semiconductor fabrication equipment and tool groups. Troubleshoots Windows systems, hardware, software, data acquisition, connectivity, and industrial integrations. Creates FDC recipes and analyses, validates software updates, coordinates customer site readiness, reports risks, and provides customer and contractor training. The role requires cleanroom work, semiconductor process knowledge, technical documentation, stakeholder communication, and occasional support for other field colleagues.
