Serve as client-facing technical lead for INFICON FPS software in semiconductor fabs: manage project lifecycle, liaise with stakeholders, coordinate with global software teams, perform QA and deployments, deliver training and support, and travel for onsite work.

Drive sales growth and market expansion in assigned semiconductor OEM and end‑user accounts. Develop strategic account plans, identify product growth opportunities, provide technical guidance on INFICON products (gauges, ALD, sensors, FDC/industrial software), prepare quotes and forecasts, negotiate contracts, and support marketing and trade show engagement. Collaborate with segment leaders to set territory goals and provide market feedback to product teams.

Manage end-to-end employee benefits administration (enrollment, Open Enrollment, vendor relations, COBRA, leave programs) and HR operations including onboarding/offboarding, HRIS data integrity, compliance, payroll partnership, and supporting affirmative action and People & Culture projects.

Process invoices, expenses, and payment runs in the ERP system; code transactions; reconcile vendor accounts; resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders; audit corporate cards; administer employee reimbursements; and support month-end and year-end close, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payments.

Develop and improve capacitive diaphragm gauges, lead R&D projects and technology studies, design and run verification/validation tests, support product lifecycle and provide technical application support while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and representing INFICON at conferences.

Lead and coordinate logistics operations including supplier/carrier management, inventory control, data analysis, documentation, and team supervision. Resolve transportation issues, negotiate rates, and implement projects to improve efficiency and reduce costs while ensuring regulatory compliance.
