Leads Mexico’s end-to-end supply chain and logistics operations, including demand and supply planning, inventory, warehousing, transportation, imports and exports. Owns IBP and S&OP processes, balances demand with production capacity, improves working capital and service performance, mitigates supply risks, and drives continuous improvement. Partners cross-functionally with manufacturing, commercial, finance, procurement, and regional supply chain teams while developing planning and logistics teams.

Provide mechanical maintenance engineering expertise for plant operations: troubleshoot and repair rotating and fixed equipment, support design reviews, develop maintenance and turnaround strategies, specify parts and procedures, and support root cause investigations to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
