Lead and mentor a team of PCBA manufacturing engineers, own PCBA manufacturing across products, set up and run SMT lines, develop work instructions and ATP testing, collaborate with design for manufacturability, and optimize production rate, yield, cost, and timely delivery while ensuring high reliability for space applications.

Manages spacecraft actuator engineering across design, analysis, testing, production ramp, flight operations, sustainment, and improvement. Leads responsible engineers, defines actuator product roadmaps, develops engineering processes, executes test campaigns, and coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, operations, leadership, and business development. The role also includes individual technical ownership of actuator development through design, integration, testing, and flight operations.

Lead technical execution and integration for large, multi-mission space programs from kickoff through delivery. Manage customer interfaces, negotiate with launch providers, translate requirements into SOWs, drive mission assurance and readiness reviews, resolve technical anomalies, and build scalable processes and documentation. Occasionally travel (<20%).

Design, build, commission, and maintain propulsion test stands and ground support equipment for cryogenic propulsion systems. Plan preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical/fluid/electrical/instrumentation issues, support root-cause investigations and safety/hazard analyses, maintain P&IDs and facility documentation, and promote operational excellence during test operations.

Operate and support propulsion test campaigns at Mojave, serving as console operator; plan and execute development and qualification tests; develop procedures and automation; configure and verify propulsion hardware, instrumentation, and DAQ; analyze performance data; conduct readiness, hazard, and post-test reviews; collaborate with design engineers to improve engines, stands, and GSE while maintaining operational discipline and safety.

Lead spacecraft mechanisms design, analysis, testing, operation, sustainment, and improvement. Manage and grow a team of responsible engineers, set product roadmap, implement engineering processes, execute test campaigns, and collaborate with manufacturing and operations to deliver reliable flight components.

Own spacecraft build from assembly through launch vehicle integration. Execute system-level testing, lead system integration and activation with technician teams, manage multidisciplinary schedules, identify and drive resolution of build issues, and provide design feedback to improve spacecraft processing.

Develop and maintain embedded software for custom avionics hardware supporting spacecraft flight and ground testing. Responsibilities include low-level processor functions, peripheral and communication interfaces, closed-loop controls, fault detection, hardware integration, prototyping, and rigorous production code. Collaborate with avionics, GNC, propulsion, and other engineering teams while troubleshooting embedded systems using hardware and source-level debugging tools.

Lead vehicle assembly and integration from build start to launch readiness. Coordinate across structures, propulsion, avionics, software, firmware, and test teams; develop and execute system-level tests; drive integration, test readiness, anomaly resolution, configuration control, schedule management, and design feedback.

Own all aspects of the Deneb propulsion system from concept to product realization: design engine components and layouts, create detailed CAD models and manufacturing drawings, perform fluid/thermal/structural analysis, coordinate procurement/fabrication/assembly, and resolve technical issues to enable flight hardware.
