Define systems and requirements, establish load cases, support qualification campaigns and production ramp-up, and collaborate with propulsion, avionics, GNC, manufacturing, test, thermal, and loads teams. Apply structural analysis, materials knowledge, design-for-manufacturing, reliability improvements, and verification methods to deliver flightworthy hardware.

Design, build, deploy, and support standardized electrical test hardware, including DAQ systems, controls, instrumentation, power distribution, test carts, and interface assemblies. Create schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and assembly documentation. Manage hardware through procurement, fabrication, integration, commissioning, deployment, and maintenance. Collaborate with software automation, IT, and test operations teams to configure assets, troubleshoot electrical and software interfaces, and support test-site bring-up.

Designs optical alignment tooling, supports assembly integration and testing, improves production yields, resolves floor issues, and updates work instructions. Partners with optical design and cross-functional teams on manufacturability, quality, reliability, environmental testing, and functional performance. Provides technical guidance to opto-mechanical technicians and owns optical, vibration, thermal, and other production testing.

Design, implement, integrate, and verify real-time flight software for guidance, navigation, control, telemetry, mission sequencing, autonomy, and fault management. Develop deterministic, safety-critical embedded code, support testing, integration, launches, and on-orbit operations.
