Design, develop, test, and integrate ground software and mission control systems including operator GUIs, automation tools, real-time telemetry acquisition, time-series data processing, mission databases, CI systems, and integration with satellites, ground stations, and network infrastructure to support spacecraft operations.

Supervise test area and a team of ~10 technicians to run spacecraft component testing. Coordinate schedules and resources with engineering, maintain and troubleshoot test and shop equipment, calibrate instrumentation, verify and document flight hardware, drive root-cause for non-conformances, maintain process documentation, and support hiring and scaling of the test team. Must work shifts, lift 25+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.

Lead development and operational execution of flight dynamics capabilities including orbit propagation, maneuver planning and automation, trajectory design for GEO/cislunar/interplanetary missions, inertial navigation advancement, covariance and navigation analyses, and rapid support for mission-critical phases working with Space Ops, Mission Design, GNC, and Software.

Lead design and implementation of pointing, acquisition, and tracking (PAT) for an FSO laser terminal. Develop algorithms and control loops for FSMs/precision actuators, create pointing budgets, build HIL testbeds, prototype and validate PAT performance, and support optical alignment and system testing across optics, photonics, and modem teams.

Design, program, and commission industrial machinery and control systems. Create electrical and fluid schematics in EPlan, write/debug PLC software in TwinCAT/Structured Text, develop HMIs, select control hardware (VFDs, motor starters, motion systems), ensure safety standard compliance, troubleshoot systems, and collaborate with end users and vendors.

Lead design, analysis, test, and operation of in-space propulsion systems (bipropellant thrusters, valves, pressure components). Create and execute test campaigns, provide on-orbit mission support and anomaly resolution, perform risk and mission analyses, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and operations to deliver reliable propulsion hardware.

Lead RF test strategy, design automated Python-based test infrastructure, and perform system-level validation and characterization of GNSS receivers, radios, antennas, and other RF hardware across engineering, integration, and production environments.

Lead mission assurance and flight readiness activities across vehicle programs, assess and mitigate risks, drive root-cause investigations, advance configuration and change management, support certification and customer/government interfaces, and partner with multidisciplinary teams to improve vehicle reliability and operations.

Lead propulsion system layout and component design for high-performance spacecraft from concept through product realization. Create detailed 3D CAD models and manufacturing drawings, perform fluid/thermal/structural analysis, support procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, and resolve technical issues across multidisciplinary teams.

Design, test, and deliver flight RF embedded software for space missions. Implement RF communications requirements, DSP and calibration algorithms, RF control algorithms, FPGA/baseband bring-up, and collaborate with ground teams to develop and test satellite-to-ground data pipelines and RF system integration.
