Develop new leads and revive lost customer relationships through proactive outbound calling, account management, and order processing. Use CRM and digital tools to track sales, prepare presentations and proposals, collaborate with credit and lead-gen teams, maintain accurate records, and support outside sales to drive revenue growth. Attend occasional trade shows and maintain high customer service and ethical standards.

Onboard and enrich product data and digital assets for retailer partner portals, ensuring compliance with retailer-specific standards. Monitor and troubleshoot content issues, collaborate with ERP, PIM, DAM, and National Accounts teams, support large-scale onboarding projects and steady-state syndication, and recommend process improvements to reduce manual work.

Manage and optimize PIM data models, configurations, workflows, and syndication. Collaborate with IT and partners to integrate PIM with ERP, e-commerce, and DAM; perform audits, troubleshooting, documentation, and user support to ensure data integrity and seamless channel syndication.
