Owns technical requirements from intake through implementation, translating business needs into scalable system enhancements and integrations. Defines APIs, data lineage, process flows, UML diagrams, and acceptance criteria while coordinating QA, engineering, data, project governance, and change management teams. Supports agentic AI and generative AI automation initiatives, system modifications, enterprise integrations, and technology governance. The role requires strong systems thinking, stakeholder communication, technical documentation, and analytical problem-solving.

Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across GTT’s global network, provide break/fix support, configure network devices, support migrations, and manage escalations. The role partners with customers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain stable, secure, high-performing services. Responsibilities also include technical validation, documentation, customer communications, recurring-issue prevention, and adherence to operational procedures. The position requires strong service-provider networking expertise, including routing protocols, Layer 2 technologies, MPLS, VPN services, SD-WAN, and SASE.

Provides Tier 2 technical support for customer voice and data networks in a 24x7 NOC environment. Responsibilities include monitoring core and edge networks, troubleshooting routing, switching, IP, optical, SD-WAN, and firewall issues, managing escalations, coordinating with vendors, documenting incidents, and mentoring junior engineers. Requires strong networking knowledge, experience with SLA-driven operations, and familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, FortiGate, Palo Alto, and related technologies.

Lead complex technology and managed services projects valued up to and above $5M, managing delivery from pre-sales through operational handover. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, project governance, budgets, forecasting, risk and change control, reporting, escalations, quality assurance, and customer communications. The role also mentors junior project managers, supports bids and product launches, and improves project management methodologies across enterprise networking and telecommunications environments.

Designs and deploys multi-platform managed network solutions for clients. Leads technical planning, pilot and proof-of-concept implementations, captures low-level design requirements, resolves connectivity issues, and serves as a technical escalation point. Collaborates with engineering, operations, product, service assurance, and project management teams. Requires expertise in routing, switching, security, voice, SD-WAN, VPN, wireless, broadband, cellular, and network lifecycle support.

Drive new enterprise business and expand existing accounts by selling GTT's connectivity, cloud, and networking solutions (SD‑WAN, MPLS, Internet). Build pipeline, engage C‑level stakeholders, lead opportunities from discovery to close, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing to deliver revenue growth.

The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for driving sales through the acquisition of new enterprise customers, understanding their challenges, and closing deals by leveraging GTT's solutions and services.

Lead and grow GTT's channel business by developing partner strategies, recruiting and enabling partners, driving partner-sourced pipeline, co-selling with Enterprise Sales, monitoring forecasts and metrics, and identifying market opportunities to accelerate revenue.
