Deliver and automate cross-functional reporting and analysis using Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, Excel and SQL. Partner with stakeholders across Access Management, Engineering, Service Delivery and Finance to translate requirements, produce visual insights, and improve reporting processes.

Develop account and territory plans, capture opportunities, manage long procurement cycles, lead executive conversations, collaborate with solutions, channel, and customer success teams, and maintain CRM pipeline and forecasting to meet revenue targets.

Drive new enterprise business and expand existing accounts by selling GTT's connectivity, cloud, and networking solutions (SD‑WAN, MPLS, Internet). Build pipeline, engage C‑level stakeholders, lead opportunities from discovery to close, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing to deliver revenue growth.

Provide second-level break/fix support for international telco customers: own and resolve incidents, escalate to vendors, perform configuration/migrations, document and communicate with stakeholders, and perform proactive problem management to maintain stable, resilient networks.

Process and validate customer orders from quotes through order entry, ensuring accurate data capture, documentation, and clean handover. Collaborate with sales, service design, vendors, and delivery teams; meet KPIs and SLAs; maintain stakeholder communication and product knowledge. Senior role adds ownership of projects, technical review of designs, and training/support for new employees.

Provide second‑level break/fix support for GTT's international network: own and resolve incidents, escalate to vendors, document actions, configure network/security elements, migrate services, perform proactive problem management, and maintain operational processes and customer communication to ensure service stability.

The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for driving sales through the acquisition of new enterprise customers, understanding their challenges, and closing deals by leveraging GTT's solutions and services.

The MS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer manages cloud infrastructure deployment, supports operations, coaches junior engineers, and evaluates hardware/software solutions.
