Administer and optimize Windows and Linux infrastructure, including operating systems, SAN solutions, VMware, containers, monitoring, backup, and automation platforms. Maintain availability, security, redundancy, and performance; troubleshoot complex issues; provide second- and third-line support; develop operational scripts; and collaborate with vendors and internal teams on infrastructure improvements and service delivery.

Designs, configures, provisions, activates, and troubleshoots IP, SD-WAN, and security services for global customers. Translates network designs into production deployments, supports service turn-up, manages resource allocation, creates technical documentation, improves provisioning processes, and collaborates with delivery, project, engineering, operations, and customer teams.

Supports business transformation and process improvement by analyzing workflows, documenting requirements, creating process maps, assisting with system enhancements and UAT, tracking project risks, implementing change, and defining process KPIs. The role collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and optimize business systems.

Designs, provisions, tests, and documents global IP network services, including DIA, IP Transit, MPLS, VPLS, SD-WAN, and security services. Coordinates with customers, technicians, service delivery, project management, engineering, operations, peering providers, and facility teams. Troubleshoots turn-up issues, manages service resource allocations, maintains inventory and engineering documentation, develops network solutions, and supports service acceptance and operational knowledge management.

Manage and grow EMEA customer accounts, generate outbound business opportunities, qualify and close new, upgrade, and renewal sales, support account inquiries, conduct retention campaigns, maintain accurate CRM records, and build long-term customer relationships.

Provision and modify global IP, SD-WAN, and security services in an ISP environment. Design and physically assign services, maintain CFA inventory records, troubleshoot routing, throughput, and VPN issues during service turn-up, and document testing results. Collaborate with technicians, clients, service delivery, engineering, operations, project management, and external partners to activate services accurately and efficiently. Contribute to provisioning standards, workflow documentation, and process improvements.

Deliver and automate cross-functional reporting and analysis using Power BI, Tableau, Business Objects, Excel and SQL. Partner with stakeholders across Access Management, Engineering, Service Delivery and Finance to translate requirements, produce visual insights, and improve reporting processes.

Drive new enterprise business and expand existing accounts by selling GTT's connectivity, cloud, and networking solutions (SD‑WAN, MPLS, Internet). Build pipeline, engage C‑level stakeholders, lead opportunities from discovery to close, and collaborate with sales, engineering, and marketing to deliver revenue growth.

The Enterprise Account Manager is responsible for driving sales through the acquisition of new enterprise customers, understanding their challenges, and closing deals by leveraging GTT's solutions and services.
