Partners with IAM, cloud infrastructure, security, and automation teams while serving as the senior technical authority for complex network security decisions.

Leads international tax planning, cross-border tax analysis, global compliance, tax audits, controversy, and risk mitigation. Evaluates U.S. international tax positions including GILTI, FDII, BEAT, and FTC; supports Pillar 2 readiness; monitors legislative developments; and partners cross-functionally on strategic initiatives.
