Greenberg Traurig seeks a Litigation Associate for its Las Vegas office to handle commercial and business disputes. Responsibilities include legal research, drafting, negotiation, managing diverse caseloads, and taking significant project responsibility. Candidates must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, superior drafting and research abilities, a strong academic background, and admission to the Nevada bar. Participation in community and professional organizations is expected.

Support Phoenix office marketing, business development, and communications. Manage attorney relationships, events, proposals, directory submissions, content creation, sponsorships, and local market initiatives while coordinating with firmwide teams.

Provide practice-focused knowledge and innovation support to the Funds team: maintain precedents and know-how, leverage legal technology and AI to automate templates, deliver training, perform horizon scanning and market intelligence, support client-facing thought leadership and BD materials, map workflows and identify process improvements, and liaise with senior stakeholders and the Innovation team to implement knowledge strategy.

Provide litigation support from case inception through post-trial: manage discovery and document review/production, prepare pleadings, motions, and trial materials, perform legal research and cite-checking, coordinate filings and trials, maintain case organization and timekeeping, and assist attorneys with courtroom and post-trial tasks.

Manage and draft client pitches and RFP responses, maintain industry-specific response libraries and templates, coordinate across firm leadership and teams, analyze win/loss data to improve success rates, mentor RFP staff, and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Manage electronic billing for law firm clients: onboard and configure clients on eBilling platforms, submit invoices via eBillingHub, resolve rejections and discrepancies, coordinate with attorneys and offices, maintain client billing rules, and generate billing reports to ensure compliance and timely payment.

Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys across case lifecycle: drafting and filing legal documents, managing discovery and document reviews, preparing trial materials, e-discovery and case-management work, coordinating filings and scheduling, proofreading and cite-checking, maintaining records and attorneys' time entries, and supporting administrative tasks and travel arrangements.

Senior associate advising financial services clients on regulatory and compliance matters. Handle licensing/chartering, BSA/AML, sanctions, third-party risk, consumer compliance, and enforcement matters. Conduct legal research, analysis, and drafting; manage client relationships and significant responsibilities. Must be admitted or eligible to practice; Spanish fluency preferred.

The role requires an M&A Associate with at least four years of experience handling public and private M&A transactions, managing due diligence, and drafting acquisition agreements. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and be admitted to the Florida Bar.

The Associate will work on domestic and international energy transactions including mergers and acquisitions, project development, and project finance in a dynamic legal environment.
