Responsibilities include market and financial research, data analysis, financial modeling, client-ready presentations, workstream coordination, and developing actionable recommendations. The role provides mentorship and hands-on exposure to value creation, performance improvement, and transaction support.

Supports strategy consulting and private equity value creation engagements through market research, financial and operational analysis, data collection, modeling, and client deliverable development. Assists with due diligence, cost optimization, revenue growth, pricing, integration, carve-out, and operational improvement workstreams. Conducts research, synthesizes findings, develops presentations, captures meeting notes, and collaborates with engagement teams while building foundational consulting and analytical skills.

Leads risk advisory engagements for not-for-profit and higher education clients, assessing risks, internal controls, compliance, enterprise risk management, and business processes. Develops recommendations, internal audit plans, and improvement programs; manages projects, finances, quality, client relationships, and business development. Coaches teams, supports proposals and thought leadership, applies AI and analytics, and drives sales, utilization, and practice growth.

Support tax consulting and return preparation by conducting tax research, preparing workpapers, reviewing data, responding to taxing authority inquiries, collaborating on client engagements, and assisting senior staff while developing professional skills and attending team and community activities.
