Support the U.S. Space Force’s Operational Test and Training Infrastructure by performing systems engineering, feasibility studies, mission analysis, CONOPS development, requirements management, interface control, verification and validation, change management, acquisition alignment, integration, fielding, and sustainment. The role requires collaboration with government and program stakeholders in a full-time on-site DoD environment, with up to 25% travel.

Provides Tier II/III technical support for mission-critical users by diagnosing hardware and software issues, configuring and deploying computers, managing peripherals and user accounts, responding through ticketing and remote support systems, performing on-site troubleshooting, training end users, and documenting incidents and resolutions.

Develops and executes strategic communications for Department of Defense stakeholders, including speeches, executive presentations, press releases, briefings, messaging, social media, outreach events, and senior leader engagements. Advises senior executives and military leadership, manages communication projects and speaker requests, coordinates legal and ethics reviews, produces branding and outreach materials, and analyzes communication metrics. Requires extensive DoD communications experience and active TS/SCI clearance.

Supports USSF space test and training capabilities through feasibility studies, mission analysis, CONOPS, requirements management, interface documentation, verification and validation, change management, PPBE alignment, RDT&E, integration, fielding, and sustainment. Collaborates with government, engineering, acquisition, and program stakeholders in a DoD environment.

Provides advanced remote and on-site technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, networks, user accounts, and end-user devices. Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots computers and peripherals; manages service requests through ticketing and remote-support tools; meets SLAs; performs backup and recovery activities; trains users; and applies information-security policies in a DoD environment.

Collects, cleans, validates, analyzes, and manages system, asset, and project data supporting DoD Tech Refresh operations. Develops dashboards, reports, status updates, data requirements, and automation recommendations while ensuring data integrity. Translates complex findings into actionable insights, supports process improvement and scalability, and collaborates with technical, operational, and leadership teams across DIA and Defense Intelligence Enterprise sites.

Supports DoD, Air Force, and Space Force acquisition activities across the full acquisition lifecycle. Responsibilities include market research, acquisition strategy development, RFP and contract requirement support, proposal evaluation, source selection, risk mitigation, PPBE support, and coordination with government stakeholders and senior leadership. The role requires extensive DoD acquisition experience, strong knowledge of Air Force and Space Force processes, and an active TS/SCI clearance.

Designs, deploys, tests, maintains, and troubleshoots enterprise IT hardware in classified and unclassified environments. Provides Tier 3 support, performs root-cause analysis, coordinates repairs, manages hardware lifecycles, documents configurations and procedures, and supports change, risk, and IT service management. Ensures compliance with DoD and Intelligence Community information assurance requirements while supporting DIA facilities and mission operations.

Supports U.S. Space Force systems engineering, acquisition, integration, testing, fielding, and sustainment. Responsibilities include feasibility studies, mission analysis, CONOPS, requirements and interface documentation, verification and validation planning, change management, PPBE alignment, and stakeholder coordination. The role requires experience with DoD systems engineering, RDT&E, space test and training systems, Cameo Systems Modeler, SysML, JCIDS, DoDAF, and relevant space technology domains. Work is full-time on-site with up to 25% travel.

Provides cybersecurity engineering and Information Assurance support for DoD and Intelligence Community systems. Integrates security controls into system architectures, supports RMF and ICD 503 Assessment and Authorization activities, develops security documentation, performs continuous monitoring, and advises leadership on security risks and mitigations. Requires active TS/SCI clearance, 5+ years of relevant experience, DoD or IC expertise, and knowledge of NIST, CNSSI, and cybersecurity compliance frameworks.
