Provides senior systems engineering expertise to the U.S. Space Force across feasibility studies, mission analysis, CONOPS, requirements, ICDs, verification, validation, integration, acquisition, fielding, and sustainment. Supports RDT&E, PPBE alignment, change management, and technical recommendations for space test and training systems. Requires extensive DoD, space systems, SAP/SCI, systems engineering, MBSE, and cross-functional leadership experience.

Leads systems engineering for advanced space systems across design, development, integration, testing, and implementation. Defines requirements, develops system and test plans, manages technical and programmatic risks, and supports cost, schedule, and performance tracking. Provides technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, executive briefings, cross-domain integration across air, space, and cyberspace, and evaluation of emerging technologies for defense programs.

Oversee cybersecurity and Information Assurance requirements for classified DoD and Intelligence Community systems. Manage RMF and ICD 503 compliance, Assessment and Authorization documentation, system security plans, assessments, POA&Ms, continuous monitoring, and risk remediation. Coordinate with technical, security, program, and government stakeholders to maintain authorization throughout the system lifecycle and provide cybersecurity guidance to leadership.

Administer and optimize enterprise Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase, and other database environments in a classified federal setting. Responsibilities include database security, monitoring, performance tuning, lifecycle management, backup and disaster recovery, high availability, integration, documentation, and compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements. The role supports mission-critical systems and requires on-call availability, extensive federal database administration experience, an active TS/SCI clearance, and compliance with DoD 8140 requirements.

Provides cybersecurity engineering leadership for classified DoD and U.S. Space Force systems. Designs and assesses security solutions, integrates controls across networks, supports RMF and ATO activities, conducts risk analyses, evaluates system changes, and ensures compliance with NIST, DoD, DAF, and Intelligence Community requirements. The role coordinates with government stakeholders and technical teams, tracks remediation activities, and presents security findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
