Provide high-level executive support to the VP of Philanthropy and senior leadership; manage and improve the philanthropy workflow system; maintain donor and prospect data; coordinate donor and board meeting logistics; prepare KPI dashboards and reports; process department expenses; serve as liaison with internal teams and vendors; track action items and perform related administrative duties.

Develop and implement novel AI models for network biology using large-scale biological data. Collaborate with computational and experimental biologists, use GPU/HPC infrastructure and Slurm, publish results, and present at conferences. Support code development and reproducible research practices.

Perform accounts payable/receivable, grant-related transactions, month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, vendor payments, cash receipts, reporting, credit card and travel system administration, and support continuous improvement projects.
