Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for multiple positions across Flad offices, from job description development through offers. Partner with hiring managers and HR, source active and passive candidates, communicate with applicants, review resumes, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and support orientation. The role also develops recruiting content, researches sourcing methods, and assists with HR projects. It requires working from the Madison office Tuesday through Thursday.
