Manage and improve IT asset and configuration management processes, CMDB data quality, governance, and ServiceNow capabilities. Ensure compliance with ITSM standards, regulations, and internal controls. Develop KPI dashboards, analyze performance metrics, recommend improvements, and present findings to stakeholders. Partner with global technology teams across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific to improve service visibility, operational reliability, and asset data integrity.

Leads derivatives operations covering futures, options, trade allocation, clearing, physical delivery, exercise and assignment, exceptions, and operational controls. Manages teams, regulatory risk, supervisory processes, stakeholder relationships, metrics, dashboards, automation, process improvements, system implementations, and audit readiness. Partners with clients, risk, compliance, technology, exchanges, and clearing organizations while driving operational change and service quality.
