Lead regional sales team to meet growth targets across Colorado by developing and executing territory-specific sales and marketing strategies, hiring and managing representatives, driving B2B account growth, leveraging EMR and other technologies, and collaborating with leadership to scale best practices.

Manage drafting, data entry, storage, and version control of standard contracts using the company CLM system. Monitor timelines and expirations, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, support audits and reporting, assist the Contracts Manager with renewals and reviews, and identify process improvements to maintain contract compliance.

Provide legal advice across business, contracts, litigation, employment, transactions, and healthcare regulatory matters. Draft and negotiate contracts, oversee outside counsel, support corporate structuring, deputize for General Counsel, supervise 1-2 legal staff, and collaborate with compliance and business leaders.
