Lead development, implementation and optimisation of A‑Gas's global compensation and benefits strategy. Partner with executive and regional teams to design incentives, pay-for-performance frameworks, benchmarking, job architecture and reward transformation. Ensure governance, compliance and analytics, support Remuneration Committees, and deliver hands-on reward solutions across regions.

Prepare DSEAR and ATEX-compliant low-voltage electrical and controls designs and subcontract technical packages for capital projects across EU sites. Support local engineering teams, perform wiring inspections against ATEX, snag and fix issues, coordinate contractors, read P&ID drawings, and assist with construction and commissioning activities using AutoCAD Electrical and control/SCADA systems.
