Lead sales enablement for Advisory growth in government and regulated commercial sectors. Develop sales strategies, proposal/RFP content, pitch decks, market and competitor research, analytics-driven insights, knowledge sharing frameworks, and training. Partner with sales, practice, and proposal teams to improve processes, manage campaigns, and ensure information governance and content curation for improved sales performance.

Manage and coordinate tax compliance and advisory for financial services clients, review federal, multinational, and multi-state partnership returns, research technical tax issues, support business development, and lead/train staff, with focus on asset manager clients (private equity, hedge funds, fund of funds, venture capital).

Provide end-to-end 1120 corporate tax services for US/global clients: tax planning, review and management of returns and workpapers, identify tax issues and solutions, client communication, and cross-border collaboration with US teams. Receive on-the-job training and support from managers while using firm technology for tax engagements.

Manage and review complex individual, partnership, and entity tax returns; supervise and train staff; maintain client relationships; conduct tax research; ensure compliance and timely delivery; support business development and professional development activities.

The role involves conducting internal audit engagements, risk assessments, and preparing audit reports. It requires effective communication and documentation of findings, under supervision.

Prepare valuations for financial reporting, tax, and management planning. Build DCF, capitalized earnings, market multiple, and NAV models; analyze financial statements, industry data, and peer metrics; draft valuation analyses, memos, and reports; assist in review of valuations for audit clients. Use Microsoft Office, Capital IQ, and relevant AI tools in a client-facing, team-based environment.

Coordinate, draft, edit, and compile RFP and proposal responses; use AI tools to streamline proposals; maintain proposal content libraries; collaborate with subject-matter experts; develop marketing collateral and track proposal pipeline.

Lead large FEMA-funded disaster recovery programs delivering compliance, financial oversight, and closeout. Manage teams across project phases, drive business development and proposals, advise leadership on FEMA policy, build client relationships, and provide mentorship to staff while ensuring program scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Oversee tax administrative processes, manage team productivity, ensure compliance, and implement system enhancements while serving as liaison to leadership.
