Requires extensive public accounting and tax compliance experience focused on individual, fiduciary, estate, and gift taxation.

Conduct federal income tax research and analysis; support M&A tax structuring, internal restructurings, and domestic tax due diligence; draft tax memos, emails, and firm-wide alerts; and assist with federal income tax training. The role requires extensive experience advising on partnerships, S corporations, and/or C corporations, along with a law degree and strong tax research skills.

Perform audit and assurance engagements using firm methodologies and tools, complete assigned tasks accurately, respond to client requests, collaborate with U.S. audit teams, and maintain effective professional communication. The role requires ownership of projects, participation in technical training, continuous feedback, relationship building, and adherence to firm values and audit standards while working with global clients.
