Support the Live Concerts & Entertainment bookings team by coordinating event activations, client outreach, contract tracking, production logistics, administrative tasks, vendor invoicing, and cross-department communications to ensure successful events and client satisfaction.

Partner with Sphere Studios & Tech Ops leadership to design and improve cross-functional workflows, manage time-tracking and capacity planning, build SOPs and dashboards, provide data-driven staffing and budget insights, drive alignment across teams, and recommend tools and automation to increase operational efficiency.

Create end-to-end 3D content for large-scale immersive screens: camera tracking, modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, particles, lighting, and rendering. Design and produce original, scalable experiential and motion content across brand, marketing, and immersive platforms. Develop identity systems, storyboards, animatics, pitch decks, and production-ready motion designs. Collaborate with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to research, ideate, and execute visual concepts for environmental, digital, print, and merchandise applications while meeting fast-paced deadlines and adapting to feedback.

Lead creative direction and execution for large-scale immersive experiences and integrated marketing campaigns. Manage cross-functional teams from concept through production, steward design quality, build client relationships, mentor designers, and deliver on feasibility, budgets, and brand objectives during a roughly 12-week, full-time onsite engagement.

Lead art direction and design for large-scale experiential and digital/physical installations. Create concepts, lead and mentor design teams, develop pitches, collaborate cross-functionally, and deliver high-quality content within budget and schedule for immersive experiences.

Design, deploy, and maintain cloud infrastructure, production applications, and datastores to support studio and production workflows. Migrate on-prem services to cloud, implement IaC, manage container deployments, networking and security, optimize resource utilization, and collaborate with pipeline engineers and stakeholders from proof-of-concept to production.

Lead procurement strategy and execution for Sphere venues and technology categories. Manage strategic sourcing (RFx), supplier negotiations, contract management, spend analysis, and supplier performance. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into procurement solutions, drive process improvements and compliance, and support procurement technology initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and vendor relationships.

Lead and execute day-to-day public relations and communications for Sphere: develop publicity strategies, craft pitches and press materials, manage press lists and calendars, support events and executive communications, coordinate cross-departmentally, and provide on-site representation for guests and partners.

Lead public relations and communications for Sphere and Sphere Studios. Develop and execute consumer-facing campaigns, manage media outreach and crisis response, elevate executive profiles, oversee agencies, and build a high-performing communications team to support events, residencies, partnerships, and corporate priorities.
