Provides administrative support to 5+ executives, including calendar and travel management, expense reporting, billing assistance, meeting and event coordination, correspondence, document organization, conflict checks, and engagement letters. The role also supports business development materials, reviews junior staff work, leads administrative training, manages confidential information, and coordinates special projects while maintaining high standards of organization, discretion, communication, and client service.

Create interactive digital assets (graphics, animation, video, narrated presentations), manage scope/timelines/budgets, collaborate with SMEs and program managers, measure program effectiveness, and recommend instructional technology and best practices to improve consultant performance.
