Designs, communicates, and tests NetSuite customizations without coding, advises USA and Middle East clients, and helps improve existing NetSuite systems. The consultant uses broad NetSuite and accounting knowledge, preferably including ARM and FAM modules, manages a five-person sub-team, handles frequent client calls, and pursues professional certifications. Standard working hours are noon to 9 p.m. IST, with flexibility for later client meetings.

Lead HCM/payroll implementations for public sector clients: gather requirements, run workshops, design/configure systems, write user stories, support testing/reconciliation, mentor analysts, deliver documentation and presentations, and support proposals and client relationships using Agile methods.
