Lead partnership tax compliance and advisory engagements for operating partnerships, real estate, and private equity clients. Review complex federal, state, and local partnership tax returns, taxable income calculations, allocations, and multi-state compliance. Provide technical guidance and research, manage audits and client relationships, drive process improvements and technology adoption, oversee engagement planning and resource allocation, and lead/mentor high-performing teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Leads Crowe’s firmwide pricing capability, developing value-based pricing processes, governance, analytics, tools, pricing architecture, and commercial guidance. Partners with executives, finance, RevOps, IT, marketing, and client-facing teams to improve price realization, win rates, renewals, margins, retention, and long-term client value. The role also enables pricing adoption through training, pilots, negotiation support, dashboards, and integration with CRM, CPQ, proposals, forecasting, and account-planning workflows.

Leads Crowe’s global resource management strategy, operating model, demand and capacity planning, staffing, utilization, workforce planning, and global delivery integration. Partners with executives and cross-functional leaders to improve resource allocation, delivery economics, employee development, forecasting, dashboards, data quality, automation, and AI-enabled staffing processes. The role also establishes governance, enterprise metrics, flexible capacity practices, and continuous improvement across business units, geographies, and India delivery teams.

Performs advanced financial crime investigations, enhanced due diligence, transaction reviews, and quality control assessments. Ensures compliance with BSA/AML, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, and SAR requirements; provides analyst coaching, training, and feedback; identifies quality and process gaps; recommends improvements; and supports financial crime consulting engagements for financial services clients.

Leads enterprise transformation initiatives spanning revenue growth, efficiency, technology, operating, and organizational priorities. Identifies opportunities, develops business cases and execution plans, establishes KPIs, drives pilots and implementation, manages risks and dependencies, coordinates resources and external partners, and supports adoption and value realization. The role partners with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results while building sustainable capabilities and ownership.

Provides executive-level administrative and operational support across client intake, proposals, contracts, billing, forecasting, account receivables, data maintenance, and client-service activities. Coordinates with partners and internal teams, maintains system data, prepares reports and client materials, resolves operational issues, supports compliance, and assists with onboarding and process improvements.

Work hands-on with generative AI tools to design, test, document, and maintain reusable AI-enabled consulting workflows. Build prompts, Claude skills/custom assistants, low-code automations, and knowledge systems; validate AI outputs; produce written analysis, Excel modeling, and professional PowerPoint deliverables to support U.S. and India consulting engagements.

Coordinate IT integration workstreams for private equity acquisitions by converting call transcripts and notes into trackers, action items, decks, and follow-ups. Maintain master integration trackers, update statuses, track budgeted hours, draft client communications, assemble Day 1/Day 100 plans and cutover checklists, and support running a repeatable integration playbook across concurrent deals.
