Support clients assessing third-party cybersecurity risk: perform vendor due diligence, technology and cloud assessments (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS), site visits, analyze security posture, recommend remediations, implement processes and automation, coordinate assessments, and deliver reports.

Support D365 ERP implementation projects for manufacturing and distribution clients by assisting project management tasks: facilitate client communication, gather business requirements, maintain project scope, track progress, remove barriers, and support team-building. Travel to client sites, document findings, communicate technical issues to non-technical stakeholders, and pursue professional growth and certifications while collaborating with experienced security consultants.

Support D365 ERP implementations by gathering requirements, configuring and testing systems, facilitating client meetings, preparing presentations, and assisting with project and change management. Learn business process analysis and support finance, operations, and public sector projects while developing consulting and technical skills.

Support IT advisory engagements by gathering requirements, executing project tasks, assisting stakeholder communication, aiding change management, participating in IT due diligence, and supporting IT strategy, system selection, PMO activities, and M&A integration under senior supervision.

Support client engagements by gathering requirements, configuring Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate), testing and validating data flows, and maintaining project artifacts/version control. Assist in process mapping, basic data analysis using Excel/SQL, and collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and implement low-complexity solutions under senior guidance.

Support Salesforce implementation projects by attending discovery sessions, documenting requirements, writing user stories and test scripts, assisting configuration and integrations, preparing project deliverables, and collaborating with consultants and developers. Pursue Salesforce certifications and gain hands-on experience while supporting testing, documentation, client communications, and limited travel.

Support incident response engagements by collecting forensic evidence, reviewing logs and consoles, performing basic threat hunting with EDR and SIEM, analyzing security events, generating investigation reports, and participating in on-site response when needed.

Support digital forensics engagements by applying forensically sound methods for data preservation, review, analysis, and reporting using eDiscovery tools. Troubleshoot data/file and basic network issues, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, provide status updates, support forensic lab operations, complete required training/certifications, and assist engagement leads across multiple client projects while meeting deadlines.
