Monitor systems and dashboards, identify and resolve issues, manage and escalate support tickets, conduct scheduled audits, and provide customer support through phone, email, and ticketing systems. The intern will collaborate with internal teams and external customers, support after-hours monitoring, and gain hands-on experience in real-time IT operations.
