The Commercial Finance Lead partners with sales and product teams to enhance decision-making through financial insights, price strategy, and commercial performance, while mentoring junior members.

Manage day-to-day international benefits and global leave programs, vendor relationships, invoicing, and compensation activities. Lead benefits, retirement, wellbeing, and pay initiatives, perform market benchmarking and pay analysis, drive employee engagement and communications, ensure compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams on forecasting, budgeting, and M&A integrations.

Source and onboard clients, price and execute derivative trades, create bespoke option strategies, prepare presentations and policies, collaborate with compliance and internal stakeholders, and meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements under local GAAP; analyze variances and financial data; review balance sheet and P&L accounts; coordinate period-end close and improve reporting processes; collaborate with auditors and cross-border finance teams.

Own and grow a portfolio of high-value B2B clients in FX and cross-border payments. Drive revenue and retention through proactive outreach, pipeline development, and tailored FX, payments, and risk management solutions. Combine platform enablement with expert guidance, support business development, and meet quota/renewal targets while managing stakeholder relationships and leveraging CRM and sales enablement tools.

Provide advanced customer support and transaction processing for German- or French-speaking customers. Own escalated cases, investigate issues, process and validate transactions, support collections and reconciliations, mentor colleagues, maintain compliant documentation, meet SLAs/KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in customer operations.
