Provide customer service and sales support for medical-device materials: review RFQs, cost and price analysis, prepare quotations, process orders, manage POs, resolve issues, maintain records, and communicate order status across global time zones.

Act as the financial business partner to site operations, leading budgeting, forecasting, month-end close support, cost and inventory analysis, KPI reporting, capital analysis, internal controls, and continuous improvement to meet P&L and balance sheet targets across one or more manufacturing sites.

Manage day-to-day facility and office operations for the Laguna Niguel site, including vendor and landlord relationships, supplies and procurement, onboarding support, facilities maintenance and calibration tracking, basic IT and office moves, customer order processing, and reporting site metrics to senior management. Acts as first point of contact and backup for Customer Solutions, improving processes and ensuring invoices and payments are handled timely.

Coordinate production scheduling, material planning and procurement for assigned medical device product lines. Maintain system records and production paperwork, ensure material availability, follow production to meet ship dates, and ensure HSE compliance.

The Accounts Payable Analyst I will manage AP transactions, assist in month-end close, reconcile accounts, and support audits, ensuring compliance with financial standards.

The Operations Associate I will operate production equipment, meet quality goals, complete documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations while working in rotating shifts.
