Leads complex product development projects from concept through commercialization, serving as the primary technical customer interface. The role supports production personnel and program managers while maintaining bills of material, work instructions, test procedures, and manufacturing records in an ISO-regulated environment.

Process bi-weekly payroll, reconcile payroll and cash transactions, prepare general ledger entries, manage benefits deductions and 401(k) funding, administer garnishments, validate time records, generate reports, support ADP users, and maintain employee data in ADP and UKG systems. Ensure compliance with payroll tax, wage and hour, garnishment, and IRS requirements while handling adjustments, verifications, and benefits invoices.

Lead and enforce quality and compliance across electro-mechanical manufacturing. Support process qualification, NPI, ECN/ECO and MRB processes; analyze non-conformances, perform root cause analysis, implement CAPAs, support supplier quality, audits, inspections, and train personnel. Generate quality plans, metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliant outgoing product.
