Lead architecture and hands-on implementation of an offline-first edge computing platform in Go. Design distributed messaging and cloud-to-edge synchronization, optimize services for resource-constrained in-store hardware, maintain Kubernetes/Helm deployments, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Product and DevOps for phased rollouts and migrations.

Own gift card activation and redemption reporting, maintain Gift Card P&L and financial tracking, analyze user behavior and trends, build dashboards and reports (CLX, Tableau, IRIS, Power BI), collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Insights, Operations and vendors, and support ad hoc analyses and process improvements to drive program performance.

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans for APIs, databases, and microservices. Prepare test environments, validate backend logs, analyze defects, coordinate with developers, and use AI-assisted tools to improve automation coverage and testing efficiency across releases.

Manage design, configuration, and administration of Oracle FCCS; oversee and coach support staff; monitor close processes; troubleshoot integrations; maintain documentation and controls; coordinate with Finance, Data Engineering, and IT to ensure auditable, SOX-compliant consolidation and close operations.

Lead regional MarTech capability across Canada, UK, France, and Germany. Own CRM, CDP, and data ecosystem integrations to enable segmentation, journey orchestration, and personalization. Partner cross-functionally and with vendors to implement, standardize, and optimize MarTech platforms, drive first-party data use, governance, and scalable lifecycle marketing to improve customer engagement and growth.
