Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions to sell B2B products and services, process orders, prepare proposals, manage account relationships and pipeline, achieve sales quotas, and provide timely customer support. Research growth opportunities and drive profitability through consultative account management.

Drive cloud solution sales by securing new customers, maximizing up-sell/cross-sell, delivering technical demos and trainings (via Teams), auditing implementation and pricing, qualifying renewals, acting as technical contact for SMB Vendor Tele, and staying current on Microsoft and competitor cloud capabilities.

Handle inbound/outbound/online customer contacts to resolve routine product or service issues, meet contractual KPIs, document and track interactions, maintain basic product knowledge, offer additional products/services, and escalate to senior staff when needed. Work requires adherence to procedures, accurate account notations, multitasking, shift rotation, and participation in customer-satisfaction improvement activities.

Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads to generate sales opportunities. Make high-volume outbound calls, follow up on marketing leads, research prospects, maintain contact records, provide sales forecasts, and represent the company at events to support the sales team.
