Manage and grow a Northeast territory covering 16–25 dealer and distributor rooftops. Responsibilities include dealer relationship management, regional sales growth, B2B and consumer sales support, account development, forecasting, pipeline management, inventory planning, product training, launches, and competitive intelligence. Works with Operations, Quality, and EHS to improve manufacturing safety, quality, yield, productivity, and cycle time. Requires hands-on work around equipment, frequent standing and walking, occasional lifting, and overtime as needed.

Supervise daily outbound loading operations, ensuring shipments are safe, accurate, and on time. Lead and develop loading associates, manage staffing and dock schedules, enforce OSHA and company safety standards, resolve shipment discrepancies, maintain inventory accuracy, coordinate with production and transportation teams, and support lean continuous-improvement initiatives. Track shipping KPIs and communicate priorities, delays, and operational issues across departments.

Develops proposals, negotiates pricing and financing or lease terms, processes orders, and ensures timely delivery. Maintains product and golf-course asset knowledge, monitors credit approvals, coordinates with dealers and technical representatives, supports post-sale customer satisfaction, and develops territory sales strategies.

Supports manufacturing engineering activities at an order fulfillment center by developing standard work and training, troubleshooting processes and equipment, modifying tooling and fixtures, conducting time studies, and implementing safety, quality, and efficiency improvements. The role also manages EHS programs, incident investigations, contractor safety, inspections, audits, risk assessments, and regulatory training while collaborating with Operations, Quality, and EH&S.
