Lead global BI strategy and team to shift from reactive reporting to intelligence-first analytics. Own enterprise KPIs, data governance, data cataloging, and a modern cloud data stack (Databricks). Partner with cross-functional leaders, drive BI tool modernization, automate month-end processes, champion AI-driven insights, manage vendor relationships and BI budget, and build self-service, governed analytics across the organization.

Manage a small portfolio of EMEA key accounts to retain and grow revenue. Build consultative relationships, develop quarterly growth plans, communicate Cint value, forecast and track account metrics, serve as customer lead and voice internally, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.

Design, build, and maintain low-latency real-time distributed backend systems. Lead Java development, integrate RESTful APIs, maintain legacy Python code, implement CI/CD and automated testing, operate on AWS with Docker/Kubernetes and SQL databases, mentor teammates, and drive system reliability and performance improvements.
