Simplex is seeking analytical and creative individuals to join their trading team. Traders will design and optimize algorithmic trading strategies, troubleshoot issues, and analyze data. Candidates should have experience in algorithmic trading, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Python and/or R. Knowledge of statistics, probability, and databases is required. This is an entry-level position in the Finance category.

Design FPGA logic to support trading objectives, analyze results and optimize designs.
