Provide advanced, client-facing risk control services for complex commercial accounts. Conduct evaluations, prepare reports, recommend safety improvements, train and mentor staff, support underwriting decisions, coordinate multi-branch service delivery, and promote branch marketing initiatives to reduce losses and strengthen customer risk management programs.

Lead and manage dispersed QA teams to ensure release quality across SaaS, API, and in-house applications. Own test strategy, automation, performance and security testing, metrics, process improvements, vendor coordination, and integration of AI-driven testing. Mentor staff, manage cross-team risks, select testing frameworks, and ensure compliance with SDLC and industry standards.

Lead global IT infrastructure and operations including cloud, networks, servers, telephony, and endpoint management. Drive ITIL-aligned service management, cloud migrations, infrastructure-as-code, vendor management, SLAs, budgets, and a multi-year modernization roadmap while scaling a distributed support organization.
