Lead and deliver competition economics projects (litigation and merger matters) in Brussels, owning large workstreams, supervising a small team, performing rigorous quantitative analysis, and communicating findings in English and German.

Perform complex valuation analyses and financial modeling for transactions, tax/reporting, litigation, and special situations. Perform financial due diligence data analytics for middle-market M&A: obtain, validate, normalize, analyze transaction data (revenue, costs, inventory), produce dashboards and visualizations, identify trends/outliers, and communicate insights to deal teams and clients.

Support government contract clients with cost/pricing analyses, compliance assessments, financial and statistical modeling, claims development, and litigation support. Build and maintain databases/spreadsheets, perform research, audit deliverables for quality, and communicate findings to clients across multiple industries. Participate on project teams and travel as needed.

Support competition economics engagements by cleaning data, designing and running econometric analyses, performing quality control, preparing client-ready reports and visualisations, conducting industry and literature research, supervising junior staff, and contributing to business development and professional events.

Lead and support buy- and sell-side transaction advisory engagements including quality of earnings, working capital and financial statement analysis, financial modeling, report and presentation preparation, client interaction, and practice development activities.

Provide administrative support to senior leaders; manage recruiting logistics and candidate tracking; coordinate onboarding and training; execute events and travel planning; support ad hoc operations projects, budgeting coordination, and cross-functional communication; develop process improvements and automation using AI where relevant.

Perform company and investment valuations by analyzing historical and forecasted financials, building detailed financial models, and presenting analyses to clients. Lead and mentor junior staff, ensure quality and deadlines, leverage Excel and market-data platforms (Capital IQ, Bloomberg), and support business development and client engagements. Familiarity with option pricing and Monte Carlo methods preferred.
