Support turnaround and restructuring consulting engagements through financial modeling, including 13-week cash flow, three-statement, and pro forma scenario models. Assist with client presentations, reports, analyses, and other deliverables while collaborating with consulting teams, experts, and clients. Participate in marketing, client pitches, and practice development. The eight-week summer associate internship requires strong analytical, finance, communication, teamwork, and project management skills.

Supports turnaround and restructuring consulting engagements through three-statement, 13-week cash flow, and pro forma financial modeling; analyzes financial and operational data; prepares reports, presentations, written analyses, and client deliverables; collaborates with internal experts, client teams, and external professionals; and assists with client pitches, marketing, and practice development.

Design, build, and maintain highly available cloud-native systems. Improve reliability through automation, CI/CD, Kubernetes, observability, and incident management. Collaborate with developers, security, and product teams to define SLOs, implement self-healing, debug production issues, and ensure secure deployments.

Perform data cleaning, statistical and econometric analyses, literature and case-law reviews, produce client-ready visualisations and reports, supervise junior staff, and support business development. Participate in project management and deliver rigorous, detailed economic analysis for competition cases.

Lead valuation engagements by building and reviewing detailed financial models, analyzing historical and projected financials, managing and mentoring junior staff, using Excel, Capital IQ and Bloomberg, preparing client-ready valuation deliverables and participating in business development and client presentations.

Support buy- and sell-side diligence engagements performing quality of earnings, working capital, financial statement review, trend and cash-flow analysis. Lead deliverables, collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify purchase price adjustments and deal structuring issues, and contribute to practice development, client pitches, and reports.

Lead and deliver valuation engagements by building detailed financial models, analyzing historical and projected financials, directing and mentoring junior staff, using Excel and market data platforms, preparing client-ready valuation analyses and reports, and supporting business development and client presentations.

Support and lead buy‑ and sell‑side diligence engagements: perform financial statement review, quality of earnings and working capital analyses, build and analyze financial models, prepare reports and presentations, supervise engagement teams, identify purchase price adjustment issues, and assist in practice growth, client pitches, and deliverables.

Perform company and complex-security valuations through detailed financial modeling and data analysis. Lead and mentor junior staff, manage large data sets in Excel, use Capital IQ and Bloomberg, prepare client-ready valuation deliverables, and communicate findings. Participate in business development and practice growth.
