Lead RF systems solutions consulting and project delivery: design and model indoor/outdoor RF systems (DAS, BDA, LMR, RAN, microwave), produce designs, BOMs, diagrams and documentation, mentor designers, liaise with sales/services and third-party vendors, manage schedules, budgets, and as-built deliverables, and ensure projects meet specs and coverage requirements.

Designs and delivers RF and communications system solutions (DAS/BDA, LMR, PLTE, LTE, microwave, video) for large projects, performs RF propagation analysis and site surveys, develops BOMs and technical documentation, manages project lifecycle and budgets, interfaces with sales and customers, and mentors engineers.

Sell wireless products and solutions to business customers within an assigned Houston territory. Prospect, cold call, and close new and existing accounts, meet monthly sales targets, process orders through CRM, maintain customer relationships, and represent company values.
