Own the launch and growth of an authority content platform, including information architecture, topic clusters, editorial standards, and publishing. Write and optimize product, category, landing-page, certification, sustainability, and educational content. Own Avocado’s programmatic, audio, self-serve CTV, OTT, display, out-of-home, and emerging media portfolio. Responsibilities include setting channel strategy, managing vendors and budgets, executing media buys, consolidating partners, optimizing campaigns, developing targeting and measurement frameworks, maintaining Northbeam tracking, and delivering performance insights to leadership. This senior individual contributor role requires independent channel ownership, hands-on media expertise, testing discipline, and strong vendor, analytics, and communication skills.

Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts; process orders (EDI, email, NetSuite); coordinate shipping (FedEx, UPS WorldShip); handle replacements, cancellations, warranty claims, and order tracking; monitor inventory and collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Manufacturing, and Customer Experience to resolve issues and meet departmental performance goals.

Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts, process orders via EDI and ERP, coordinate shipping (FedEx/UPS WorldShip), handle replacements/cancellations/tracking, triage inquiries, monitor inventory and communicate updates, and collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, and Manufacturing to meet performance goals and support operational efficiency.
