Leads the strategy, roadmap, growth, commercialization, and lifecycle management of BMO’s My Financial Progress digital product. Responsibilities include defining features, driving adoption and monetization, analyzing customer and product data, developing business cases, managing cross-functional initiatives, coordinating technology delivery, tracking performance metrics, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership. Manages financial planning, forecasting, performance reviews, variance analysis, business cases, and forward-looking analyses for the US Capital Markets portfolio.
