Makes credit decisions and recommendations, analyzes financial and risk performance, advises stakeholders, ensures policy and regulatory compliance, and supports strategic initiatives. Provides credit coaching, monitors portfolio trends, assesses collateral and transaction terms, develops reporting and dashboards, and leads change and operational programs while protecting the bank’s assets and profitability.

Leads enterprise machine learning initiatives, developing predictive models and AI solutions from structured and unstructured data. Applies advanced analytics, deep learning, data mining, and big data techniques to identify trends, improve customer experiences, and support business decisions. Partners with product teams and senior stakeholders on data-driven planning and roadmaps, evaluates emerging technologies, and scales analytics solutions. The role also requires risk-informed decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and management of complex, ambiguous problems.

Reviews delinquent, high-risk, and written-off accounts to identify collections opportunities and execute loss-mitigation strategies. Advises customers on payment plans, negotiates resolutions, processes transactions, and handles escalated inquiries. Analyzes account data, prepares reports and dashboards, supports collections processes, develops action plans, and coaches personnel. Maintains regulatory compliance, protects confidential information, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to maximize recovery and minimize losses.

Onboards and maintains managing general agencies, distributors, and advisors for life assurance products. Reviews complex contracting, licensing, compensation, transfer, termination, and garnishment requests; maintains accurate records in administrative systems; supports compensation payments; produces reports and dashboards; answers technical questions; and mitigates contractual, regulatory, relationship, and financial risks while handling escalations.

Manages a high-risk borrowing account portfolio, reducing loss exposure and making credit decisions or recommendations. Performs financial and risk analysis, advises stakeholders on lending structures, collateral, and mitigation strategies, and ensures compliance with banking policies and regulations. Provides credit coaching, strategic guidance, reporting, and portfolio monitoring while leading initiatives, change programs, and operational improvements. Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders and supports acquisition or integration due diligence.
