Oversee branch operations, compliance, cash management, audits, staff supervision, customer service, process improvement, and risk mitigation. Support the Branch Manager with staffing, scheduling, performance management, operational reporting, facility needs, strategic initiatives, and sales goals. Ensure adherence to banking regulations including BSA and CRA while mentoring employees and resolving escalated operational or customer concerns.

Supports customers with online account applications, account setup, inquiries, information verification, and case resolution through phone and email.
