Serve as a trusted advisor for complex commercial accounts, collaborating with producers, carriers, and internal teams to deliver tailored commercial insurance solutions, ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and regulatory compliance, and strengthen long-term client relationships.

Manage sales and service for Select Business Unit commercial insurance clients: process endorsements, certificates, audits, and renewals; maintain agency management system files; assemble proposals and binders; resolve accounting discrepancies; develop client and underwriter relationships; identify cross-sell opportunities and ensure transaction accuracy.

Manage complex commercial insurance accounts as a trusted advisor, partnering with producers, carriers, and internal teams to deliver tailored risk solutions. Ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and regulatory compliance, maintain strong client relationships, and use agency management systems and Microsoft tools to support service delivery and growth.

Support loan officers by underwriting new and renewal commercial loans, analyzing financials, preparing loan packages, monitoring portfolios and problem assets, inputting loans into systems, assisting with member meetings, clearing exceptions, and supporting cross‑selling and special projects while adhering to AML/BSA and bank policies.
