Provides strategic and hands-on HR support across the employee lifecycle in a medical device manufacturing environment. Advises leaders and employees on employee relations, performance, policies, workforce effectiveness, recruiting, onboarding, HRIS transactions, benefits, compliance, and organizational development. Partners with operations leadership to address staffing, attendance, retention, and productivity challenges while supporting investigations, workers’ compensation, and employment compliance. Travels weekly between Mentor and Akron, Ohio facilities.

Leads medium-to-large cross-functional projects and enterprise programs from initiation through closeout. Responsibilities include project planning, governance, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communications, organizational readiness, UAT, change management, implementation, reporting, and continuous improvement of ePMO practices. The role coordinates teams across operations, manufacturing, IT, supply chain, quality, finance, HR, and sales while delivering technology, process improvement, manufacturing, and business transformation initiatives.

Develops and maintains manufacturing processes for medical devices, supports equipment qualification and validation, troubleshoots production issues, creates work instructions and Device Master Records, leads new product introductions, manages customer and cross-functional coordination, supports continuous improvement, and ensures compliance with ISO, FDA, and customer requirements.
