Manage and grow a portfolio of authorized partners in the South West sub-territory, recruit and onboard resellers and integrators, drive sub-territory sales, develop opportunities with partners, handle escalations, deliver partner training and demos, attend events and prepare account reports to grow partners to Silver/Gold status and expand managed accounts.

Develop and maintain embedded software for video product platforms on third-party camera chipsets. Integrate platforms with vendors, debug systems, write C/C++/Python code on embedded Linux, use Git/Gerrit, mentor teammates, and occasionally travel to vendor sites in US and Asia.

Design, build, and run manual and automated tests for AXIS OS and connected systems. Maintain test infrastructure, write scripts and internal tools, execute and report test activities, analyze logs, troubleshoot and verify bug fixes, and collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure release quality.

Provide pre-sales engineering support to partners and customers: design Axis solutions, run demos and POCs, support projects, manage Stockholm showroom, attend events, and travel across Sweden and Nordics (~30%).

Ensure new products are suitable for high-volume manufacturing by defining assembly and production processes, initiating design-for-assembly workshops, specifying and verifying assembly/test fixtures, and supporting pre-production builds. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manufacturing partners, including travel to production sites (up to ~30 days/year).

Develop and optimize embedded software for edge deep-learning inference: evaluate/integrate DL IPs and accelerators, build and maintain a Deep Learning runtime API and services, optimize performance/memory/reliability, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support Axis products.

Execute and optimize reverse supply chain operations: manage RMA partner performance and costs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, track cases, drive root-cause analyses, and implement process improvements to maximize service quality and product availability.

Develop and execute strategic and operational B2B marketing plans across Turkey and Central Asia, run integrated demand-generation and ABM campaigns, manage events and channel marketing, coordinate product launches and PR, oversee budgets, and deliver qualified leads to support regional sales.

Manage and inspire a team of Sales Engineers to ensure technical excellence in pre-sales support, develop strategic account sales, and maintain high operational standards.

Manage a portfolio of 15–25 key partners in Japan to grow revenue through in-person engagement, partner enablement (Axis Academy), lead generation, pipeline qualification, project support, forecasting in SFDC, QBRs, and cross-functional collaboration. Field-based role with domestic and some international travel.
